Execution Of Technology Adoption Strategy

Following the TARA engagement, the client will have a strategy to execute. 1UC  can fulfill some or all of the strategy for the client, the scope will be dependent of the capability and capacity of the clients’ internal resources. The recommended strategy will include some or all of the following:-

  • Implementation of engagement and communications strategy
  • Implementation of training strategy
  • Work with client to agree a Vision, including brand name with look and feel for the project, develop graphics to support
  • Agree high level messaging aligned to benefits and agreed metrics
  • Agree engagement and communications plan, including timelines, resource requirements and deliverables
  • Agree Persona journeys per audience, develop graphics to support
  • Write content for communications, webpages, intranet, articles
  • Write storyboards for Video production, and develop content
  • Engage with key stakeholders throughout
  • Project management of the programme
  • Agree training plan with client, including persona journeys per audience
  • Agree deployment methods
  • Classroom, drop in session, train the trainer, 1-2-1, breakfast / lunch stands
  • Elearning, process diagrams
  • Video
  • Floorwalking
  • Agree logistic requirements and administrative overhead resource requirements
  • Ensure the delivery runs smoothly
  • Agree extent of training materials to be made available, and ensure they are delivered on time
  • Deliver pilot training sessions
  • Project management of the programme
  • Measurement

 

1UC will ensure that the agreed metrics have been met at given points during the program. If targets are not being reached, then analysis will be undertake to ascertain what the blockers are, and agree actions to be taken with the client to ensure success.
